Resolutions

Practice gratitude.

Take a moment….

Recognize the happiness inside me.

Give credit where credit is due. (Be generous with praise.)

Give as warm a greeting as The Dog does when family and friends arrive. And say a heartfelt goodbye.

Continue to cook for the people I love.

Acknowledge that I am worthy of love too. And mean it.

Okay, and lose weight.

  1. Love the one about the dog. My dog’s greeting never wavers, always makes me feel terrific. Though I’ll refrain from jumping on people :)
